List: New London police calls (June 27-30)
June 30
10:03 a.m. Complainant reported two dogs at large in the area of W. Hooker St. The dogs were returned to their owner.
8:10 a.m. A High St. complainant reported a dog at large in the area. The dog was secured at its residence.
June 29
6:47 p.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with a Lincoln St. resident who had fallen down the stairs. Patient was transported.
6:37 p.m. Officer responded to a Third Street residence for a 911 hang-up call. Everything checked OK.
10:34 a.m. Officer was dispatched to the area of State Route 162 and State Route 511 to assist Lorain County Sheriff's Office and Ohio State Highway Patrol with an injury accident. The patient was life-flighted.
8:56 a.m. Complainant reported a cat had been struck by a vehicle near the intersection of W. Hooker and N. Main St.
8:16 a.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with an ill Pearl St. resident. Patient was transported.
June 28
11:37 p.m. Officer reported assisting a N. Main St. resident who had fallen. Patient declined transport, and the squad was cancelled.
10:32 p.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with an ill Aster Ct. resident. Patient was transported.
10:03 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along E. Main and Park Ave for a registration violation. Citation issued.
9:46 p.m. An Aster Court complainant requested officers check her apartment, believing someone may have been present after her closet door came ajar.
9:16 p.m. Officer reported conducting a vehicle lockout at a W. Fir St. business.
7:31 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along N. Main St. for a registration and equipment violation. Citation issued for the expired registration.
2:28 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop for driving on a cancelled license. Citation issued, and the vehicle was released to a valid driver.
1:55 a.m. Officer received several calls from a First St. complainant regarding a bat flying around in their home. The bat was unable to be captured.
June 27
8:40 p.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with an ill Birch Park Dr. resident. Patient was transported.
9:40 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along N. Main and Railroad St. for a registration violation. Citation issued.
6:55 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along S. Main and Kirk St. for a registration violation. Citation issued.
6:27 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along Park Ave. and Main St. for a registration violation. Warning given.
