June 6
1:44 p.m. An E. Main St. business reported a credit card being left behind by a patron.
12:28 p.m. A W. Washburn St. complainant reported her grandmother's black and white Chihuahua missing from the residence.
10:46 a.m. A S. Main St. business reported receiving a scam call from someone posing to be with the electric company demanding payment or be shutoff.
7:31 a.m. Officer reported assisting squad and fire personnel with lift assistance for a First St. resident. The resident was transported.
12:13 a.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with a Windy Acres resident who had fallen. Assistance was rendered and transport was declined.
June 5
10:57 p.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with an E. Fir St. resident who was experiencing stroke-like symptoms. Patient was transported.
3:50 p.m. Officer was dispatched to a W. Main St. medical facility for an alarm activation. It was determined to have been accidental, caused by an employee.
1:43 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along Grant and W. Hooker St. for a registration violation. Warning given.
1:40 p.m. Complainant arrived on-station to report a suspicious male was standing in the middle of W. Hooker St. with just a pair of shorts on. She stated he attempted to get her to stop and appeared out of it. The area was checked by officers without anyone being located.
10:52 a.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along Third St. and Park Ave. for a registration violation. Warning given.
9:57 a.m. Officer reported assisting squad personnel with lift assistance of a First St. resident. Patient was assisted and refused transport.
June 4
10:57 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along W. Main and Energy Pl. for a registration violation. Warning given.
6:39 p.m. Officer on patrol along N. Main and Westwood Dr. located a possible disabled vehicle. Contact was made with the operator who stated she had a kitten stuck somewhere under her car. With assistance from New London Fire Department, the cat was removed. The vehicle owner opted to keep the kitten after it was recovered.
5:12 p.m. An E. Main St. complainant reported a male was violating terms of their protection order by walking past her residence.
3:32 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along Park Ave. and Grove St. for a registration violation. Warning given.
2:42 p.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along N. Main and Biglow Pkwy. for speeding and a turn signal violation. Warning given.
12:27 p.m. A Williams St. complainant reported a neighbor's dog was defecating in his yard.
11:58 a.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop along N. Main and Biglow Pkwy. for a registration violation. Warning given.
10:15 a.m. While on patrol, an officer located a vehicle traveling westbound along E. Main St. with its hazard lights activated. The vehicle was discovered to have a flat tire. The operator stated he was taking it to a nearby repair shop and declined a tow.
