The voting location in New London and New London Township is the Hileman Building at New London Recreation Park.
Voting hours statewide for the primary/special election day, May 6, are 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Cecilia Blevins, director of the Huron County Board of Elections, was asked about projections for voter turnout in the county.
"We're hoping for 20 percent," she said.
"We would love 100 percent because everybody should come out and vote, but it's been slow," Blevins said of early voting.
Early voting started on April 8 across Ohio. In-person early voting ended at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 4.
"Return your absentee ballot by mail (must be postmarked by May 5, 2025) or deliver it in person to your county board of elections by 7:30 p.m. on May 6, 2025," the Huron County Board of Elections posted.
In Huron County, the election board’s Facebook page is “Huron County, Ohio Board of Elections.” Frequent updates are posted there. A link to the board’s website is available here. Voting locations can be found on that website.
